Ideatec Advanced Acoustic Solutions, a national and international leader in state-of-the-art acoustic solutions, has expanded its horizons with the launch of the new CELL Modular Acoustic System. This innovative architectural system was developed in partnership with SUMMUSTUDIO, a renowned and award-winning architecture studio that skilfully designs different spaces for soundproofing, enhancing sound absorption without neglecting aesthetic appearance, which plays a key role in the overall design of a space. A product with fantastic technical and aesthetic properties to celebrate our 35th anniversary.
CELL was presented by Belén Máñez, Sales Director at IDEATEC, and José María Gimeno, CEO of SUMMUMSTUDIO, to an excited audience during an event held at the Official College of Architects of Madrid on 10 April. Customers and partners from the sector came from far and wide, including Chile, Poland, Mexico and Cyprus, to share this launch that is the culmination of 35 years of experience. 35 years which included the company’s founding, at the hands of José Tárraga, our internationalisation, a solid commitment to R&D with new product lines, our incredible expansion, numerous quality recognitions and a firm commitment to sustainability. With each path that we have taken, we have adapted to an ever-changing and demanding market without ever sacrificing innovation and excellence.
During her presentation, Belén Máñez recounted the history of this company from Alicante, highlighting a number of key figures, such as the number of projects completed around the world (20,000) and the different markets that it operates in (40).
This new architectural solution developed in recent years by R&D&I teams at Ideatec and Summumstudio redefines design and functionality standards on the contract market related to the hotel, hospitality and office sectors. This partnership exemplifies the power of innovation and creativity in the search for solutions that transcend expectations and establish new standards of excellence in the industry.
The two teams worked for over 12 months on the development of this product, and they both had a clear objective from the beginning: to create an architectural, technical and timeless collection that would transcend passing trends and purely decorative elements. The result is the CELL Modular Acoustic System, an agile and versatile system that can be adapted to any kind of space, adding both acoustic and functional value, and prioritising quality construction to ensure durable and effective results and meet the market’s high standards in regard to design and functionality.
